We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes cancellations are necessary. Please review our cancellation policy below: Classes / Workshops: 2 - hour Notice: Cancellations made at least 2 hours in advance will recieve a credit for the next class or workshop. Less than 2-hours Notice: No refund or no credit. No Show: No refund or no credit. Private Lessons / Bookings: 12 -hour Notice: Cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance will receive deposit back. Less than 12 hours Notice: Cancellations or reschedules made within 12 hours of the scheduled session will incur a 50% charge of the total lesson fee. No Show: If a client does not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, the full lesson fee will be charged. Group Classes: Late Cancellations: If you need to cancel your spot in a group class, please notify us at least 4 hours before the class begins. No charge for cancellations with sufficient notice. No Show / Late Arrivals: No refunds or rescheduling for missed classes. Event Bookings/Choreography: Up to 7 Days Notice: Cancellations made with at least 7 days notice will receive a 50% refund. Less than 7 Days Notice: No refund for cancellations within 7 days of the event date.
